Be Careful

My roof started leaking really bad this year and the roof is only 6 years old which everyone thought was odd. I had my original roofer come to check it out as a favor as my warranty expired. I had already spent $400 on sealing an area that was thought to be the problem and it still leaked so I had to circle back to my original roofer. He saw 3 or 4 holes in the shingles that Trinity Solar installers never caulked like they're supposed to during installation. He kindly caulked it and explained how the process works as he has solar panels as well. He said if we're leasing, they should be covering the cost. I plan on reaching out to see if I'll be reimbursed or discounting my monthly lease payments as they are the reason for this leak.
