They'll take your money, but provide no service

We bought our solar panels through SunPro, who were great, but after ADT Solar acquired SunPro they somehow disconnected our solar panels from the grid in August of 2023. I should have caught it sooner, but looking at the statements our panels' generation dropped to 0 from Aug '23 and have been there ever since. Of course they've happily taken our monthly loan payments but are not upholding their end of the deal. I'm also contacting the BBB.
