Customer service is non-existent, response time is horrible

After 5 years my inverter stopped working, which in itself is not Sempre Solaris' fault but what is their fault is the lack of customer service for repair. I had to call to schedule another call for them to troubleshoot over the phone. All they did is go through a reboot sequence. If that what was needed, it would've been working a week before. Since that didn't work they would have someone else call me in 3-4 days, it's been a week, still no call. When I call customer service, they tell me they have left a message for someone to call me back and to call back if I don't hear from anyone. THATS WHY IM CALLING THIS TIME! No one calls you back, I'm loosing $15 a day and this company doesn't give a _____. Two weeks and I'm still in the same spot I was with no clue when/if this company will call me back.
