I entered a contract with Greenlink for Solar installation. I realized very quickly that the product quality is not upto the mark and i reached out to them and they gave me a higher quote for better panels. Why was i not provided with the right option before? I didn’t feel comfortable putting on a lower quality panel and inverter on my roof and live with it for next 30 years. I asked them for alternative s and they kept on pursuing. It wasn't working out and i asked them to cancel the contract and they have not responded for more than 15 days and they want to hold back the money. I would not recommend doing this without evaluating the quality against better brands like Sunrun and Tesla.
