after the Hurricane Beryl in Houston i have a leek in my house on the Panel area, that damage my master closet dry wall and my cloth, i contact freedom solar and after 2 weeks arrive to review my roof, the technician find and path the area that can be the leek, after they came the water stop the leek in my house. After a month they send a other company to inspect the roof one person from customer service call me and tell me that the inspector report that the leek is not associated to the solar panels installation. i request for more that 2 weeks the report and they cant send me nothing, also they never send a formal document, email o memo explain me nothing. their customer service is frustating
