Terrible customer support

The solar system has been nothing but issues, previous company sunpro was not much help either. Though since ADT took over it would be better. WRONG. Not much better than sunpro. System faults out at breakers every 6 months and won't reset. Needs a tech to come out and plug in and reset it. Unfortunately that tech support is pretty much nonexistent and since ADT is no longer accepting customers since February 2024, you can really see a decline in their customer support. Terrible company I would not recommend for security or solar. I have been waiting 4 months with no update for tech support. I have to constantly reach out and see what's going on, I'm told someone will be in contact with me to setup a appointment. They then say or you can call them... like what? This system is a rip off, anyone looking to get solar buy the stuff on your own , then find a certified electrician to hook it all up.
