Exceptional in every aspect

Building a house, especially in a rural setting, requires working closely with many, many contractors. While I can say that all the contractors who worked on my house did a good job, All Energy Solar stood out as being exceptional in each step of the process. They were competent, professional and communicated clearly, precisely and with regularity. Justin took me through how solar works, how many panels I would need and then adjusted the number to some specific needs I had. He explained the rebates well and the supporting graphical information was well done. The next step was having a drone operator take pictures as my house was too new to be on maps. The operator kept me informed on his exact arrival time and shared photos with me as he worked. Before and after installation there were steps that depended on the utility Eversource, the timing of which was out of everyone’s hands. Despite this, Project Manager Carlo kept me informed with a phone call on Fridays that was followed up with a summary email. Carlo was my main contract throughout the installation. He was always available to answer questions, but that being said, I rarely had questions because he kept me so well informed. His performance was over the top. Not only professional and informed, but also enjoyable to talk with. The actual installation proceeded without a hitch. The installation team and the electricians were very efficient and the team leader explained everything they were doing very well, especially the placement of conduits. The installation took exactly how long as they said it would. Once Eversource switched out the meter, Carlo talked me through turning on the system (so easy) and provided me with all the information I needed to log on to the monitoring app. Justin handled our final meeting, which was to be sure I understood the warranty, how to make sure the system was working correct and to answer any questions. In sum, the entire process of working with All Energy Solar was easy, the installation was perfect and the system works as promised.
