Just in time to get summer sun and build up credits for winter. Finally it is up in September all of summer is missed and now we are stuck with a payment and paying for electricity at the same time which is not an easy bill for us to foot. We called them to have them help since we were misled and after multiple conversations about we continue to be ghosted on the subject. Dontae one of our sales people felt so bad he brought $800 of his own cash to try and help, which we rejected. The small amount that it would cost plug pv to show they appreciate customers is nothing to a large company when these rare occasions occur. Point being if you have a situation where things go well I'm sure you will have a good experience. But if they don't go well they have proven by my situation they don't care about their customers. They have our contract and money and feel no need to help you out.
