Taking Advantage of Vulnerable Seniors

This company signed up my 85 year old parents for solar panels and financed them. My parents both have Dementia and are unfit to make decisions like this. The salesman lied to them about the costs, lied to them about what their electric bill would be, and lied on the application for financing. My parents don’t even own a computer and the salesman made an email account for them. He also had my dad sign one time on a touch pad and then he duplicated that one signature on all documents, including a Power of Attorney. My parents are so destitute that they can barely survive as it was, now their energy costs have literally doubled. They now can’t afford food or medication. On top of all of this the solar job isn’t complete. They left 2 panels sitting out where anyone could steal them and another 5 in the garage. My dad keeps trying to get a hold of them to finish the job and they don’t answer or return the calls. I just read an article in AARP where this type of thing is happening all over the country. In Florida they just put a couple in prison for this. Sunrise you ever see the movie Bee Keeper. Yours is coming!
