PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW ITS ALOT OF BS!!! Absolutely the worst possible customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been calling every week for the past 6 weeks to get a technician out to my house to diagnose the system. I was informed today that there is a 6-8 week time frame to get a technician scheduled. Least they could’ve done was let me know that when I first called. Will definitely not be recommending. I’ve had this system for almost a year and never received any information for monitoring. So I’m unaware if they ever work, especially since the installed used equipment they pull off another address. I was told that this system was going to more than enough for my house with all appliances. After doing my research this system is only able to supply 15 amps. A microwave pulls right at 15 amps. Completely incapable of sizing a solar system correctly for the house and appliances. I’ve recommended Posigen to 2 people since mine was installed, one of them is dealing with the same issues and no urgency whatsoever from the company. I never received my referral bonus. The other never had anyone contact them. They do nothing but take advantage of everyone they possibly can and will continue to do it
