No moral, low intellect and rude

They have great salespeople, they ACT knowledgeable and honest. They sold us on the promise that we would never have another electric bill once the system was in place. They had a tablet and was “reading the contract to us”. We are close to retirement and promised that we would only receive one bill for energy use and they quoted $179.00 per month. We were excited about having one set payment for the next 20+ years. We had an extremely hard time getting calls or texts returned. We contacted the financial company saying that our first payment was coming up and told them that we’re not paying for something that isn’t working. Suntria called use within a day and said that they would get someone out here right away. The agent for Suntria said that they would reimburse us for our electric bill, but insisted that we pay the first payment towards the solar panels. We made the first payment and that was another mistake on our part. Yesterday was the first time we received a full copy of the contract from Goodleap, the financing company for the solar panels. The signature on the contract isn’t even close to matching my partners, he is left handed and has a very distinctive style. We spoke with an agent from the utility company yesterday and found out that in the state of Missouri solar panel companies don’t even have to be licensed., with that said, we could install the panels ourselves! We have contacted the main company located in Arizona. We have also contacted the attorney general’s office. We also learned that they only installed enough panels to almost cover half of our electricity bill. So now we are stuck paying two bills for our electric use. This has really hurt us financially and we are now worried about our finances and has caused us so much stress. This incident alone has ruined my ability to trust anyone. They sat in our home and lied right to our faces, knowing that they were screwing us the whole time. They are truly unethical and highly corrupt people that work for Suntria.
