Review for Semper Solaris

This has to be one of the worst companies i have ever done business with. When there is need for service, it takes a month to schedule it after numerous repetitive telephone calls. The basic problem is that when Semper installed our backup solar battery, they disconnected the master shut off switch in the electrical panel. In addition, they put in an additional electrical panel. However when they labeled the switches, none of the labels pertain to the circuits involved. And the day this was all performed, the installer just disappeared without a word. He left the door to the electrical box wide open, he left his screwdriver, he turned off all of the battery switches. It was as if he just vanished. Anybody that does business with this company is insane!
