I live in Clearwater and I have been waiting for the additional panels that this company promised since March of 2022. My electric bill is still the same to that w/o a solar energy installed. I have been emailing, calling, and following up but unheard. I only get promises from the customer service agents that they will call me back and will be taken cared of. Many times, I contacted the sales agent who told us he will help us with our predicament and as time goes by, and after few months of not hearing anything from him, he finally informed us that he is no longer connected with Freedom Forever. We have been very patient, and now very disappointed and frustrated. Just 2 days ago, I called them again because our panels are not producing energy but was only told that it can be taken cared of within 1 week. I asked the agent to email me the ticket number so I can follow up, but never did. I felt so hopeless already. We are paying the bill monthly but not enjoying its benefits. We are paying double now-our useless solar energy and our electric bill with Duke energy.
