Total Rip off

I'm in Texas. Everything the salesman (CJ Mitchell) told us was untrue. He claimed we would receive a large refund back from the IRS that we could apply to the loan to keep the payments lower which was a lie. IRS only offers a tax credit so now my payment has gone up. Also told us we would eliminate our entergy bill, and pay just small monthly fee, another lie. I'm paying a $200.00+ energy bill plus a $295.00 solar bill. I've had a few solar companies look into what we have and apparently, we don't have the correct panels to produce the required energy. So basically, the salesman didn't provide us with the required amount of panels to produce the necessary energy. When I contacted Freedom Forever, they told me the contact doesn't state we wouldn't have an energy bill. I would definitely recommend doing extensive research prior to installing solar panels and DO NOT use Freedom Forever. Freedom Forever and Mosaic (loan company) are definitely rip offs. Also, during the installation the crew damaged out gazabo, my husband called the salesman multiple times plus sent pictures of the damage. NOTHING!!!! One other thing, they tell you they are going to contact your entergy company and that's also not accurate. Centerpoint Entergy is the parent company of the entergy in Texas not my entergy provider. So for months, I was still getting an entergy bill because Reliant didn't know I had solar panels. This was not a good experience by far.
