Our experience with Freedom Solar has been a big 0 from the time we signed our contract. We were told 30 days to install and it was actually 9 months to complete and activate our solar. We were told it would be installed on our home just like we wanted, but were bullied into putting it where Freedom Solar wanted it. Our solar does not meet the requirements to take care of our home even though we have faithfully paid our Freedom Solar bill. We have called Freedom Solar numerous time with no answers and were even hung up on several times. We already owned a generac generator. During Hurricane Helene we found out our solar was not installed into our generator and had no water or power for 4 days. With a generator and solar no water or power for 4 days. We are very, very, very, unhappy customer. We would not recommend Freedom Solar to anyone. WE WANT FREEDOM SOLAR TO COME GET EVERYTHING THEY INSTALLED AND GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK.
