We had them come to our home to install the Battery in January. The Electrican that came to turn it on didn't have a Clue to what he was doing. It kept cutting off and we had no power when it did. It was Freezing that week he came back 3 times to figure it out. He blamed Center Point for the problem. In August 8 months later after we Emailed the Owner he got a Case Manager on the problem. We have copies of the Battery not working, our High Light Bills and we had to keep paying for our Solar Panels. So in August someone finally came and figured it out. We'll for Compensation for our Problem and All the Money we paid out they decided to give us 900.00 dollars not even 1/4 of what we paid out because of their inability to do their job, they applied to what they think I owe because they expected me to pay them for something that didn't work. This Company is a JOKE and NOTHING BUT CROOKS. I wouldn't recommend them to Dirt. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRMINSTANCE USE THEM
