We recently had the pleasure of working with Green Power Energy for our solar installation, and we couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, as the team consistently kept us informed and involved throughout the entire process. We want to give a special shoutout to our sales representative, Austin Dow, who was exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable and guided us step by step, answering all our questions and addressing our concerns with patience and clarity. Austin genuinely had our best interests at heart, particularly when it came to the loan application, ensuring we secured the best interest rate available. The installation team also went above and beyond. They even came in over the weekend to make sure the job was completed on time, demonstrating their commitment and professionalism. Lastly, a big thank you to Ayana, who was always available to answer our calls and provide updates on the next steps of the project. Her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
