It's been over 2 years since I signed up with Sonova 8/10/22 to provide me with solar power. To this day, I have not ever heard from anybody at Sunova, other than their billing staff as they started charging me immediately and call me monthly. I was sent the wrong plans for my install from Sonova 3 times before they started my initial install in early 2023. Panels were installed and completed 8/12/23. PG&E will not provide PTO as all of Sonova's submittals were incorrect. I have not heard a word from anybody. In the mean time, I have spent over $ 25k in energy bills due to Sonova's negligence. VERY unsatisfied !!!!!!! WAITING!!!!!!! Please update me ASAP. PG&E tells me they are waiting on Sonova !!!
