I have made several attempts by numerous calls and emails for months and no one has been able to resolve my issues. It has been forwarded to cust support and to Maryann Mesa. Todate just called and ask cust support to help me to contact miss Mesa to resolve my issues or at least respond to my concern. This page is not enough to write all those issues I already submitted. They don't even want to give corporate number so I can escalate my issues and deny personal interactions appointment so we can resolve them.
