Not standing behind their product

I have solar panels that's solar bear installed. I have it seems to be one solar panel that uplifted off the roof. I've been trying to reach out to celebrate now for 2 to 3 weeks. Has somebody call me 2 days before Milton Florida. I was told someone would be at my house to fix the solar panel the next business day which was one day before Milton hit. No one ever came. Thank God the wind came from the other side of the house that did not have the solar panels on it. So I called today 10/15/24 to try to get somebody to come out here and screw down the solar panel plate. I'm being told that I have to pay $400 oops I mean $450.. to have someone come out here and screw down the solar panel plate. I asked why do I have to pay and I was told because it was an act of God. We don't cover the act of God. So I continue to ask what is in my warranty? I spoke to two different people no one really knew what was in my warranty all they can tell me was service that was in my warranty. But this $400 oops once again I mean $450. Will cover for the solo bear team to come out to my house screw down the 1 solar panel plate and they will inspect the roof to make sure there's no damage and they will also inspect the solar panel to make sure the solar panel is not damaged. With that being said I do not have any kind of copy of any kind of warranty or any kind of paperwork from solar bear at all. What I do have is the bank that solar bear finance me through and I have all that paperwork. But I have nothing for solar beer because it wasn't given to me. We are all grown and we all make mistakes. This right here was one of my biggest mistakes. I would recommend to do some deep research on the company before you have any work done. Keep in mind just because they move fast and get it done quickly doesn't mean that they do a good job in the long run. Also keep in mind majority of the people that leave reviews they usually leave it before the job is completed because the company is asking them to do a review. If I can turn back the hands of time I think I would have went with a different company. I should have knew something like this was coming for all the times they failed inspection with my solar panels. But just know once you get these solar panels they will nickel and dime you to death.
