I completely agree with these sad reviews. I think something must be done. My panels have not help as promised. And I make sure to keep my AC high so that I'm not paying a monthly bill from the solar and my electric bill! I just got a letter indicating that my solar bill will go up next month. Sadly I have had no luck reaching customer service for ADT!!
