Bad company

So I'm coming back here to add more information about this company, as I said in my last review, they sell you a product and deliver another, telling you they'll provide perfect service when you have problems and they don't comply, for another month in a row I have another FPL account and they won't refund you, they just say they'll refund you but never do, they'll always ask you to withdraw the negative review. This month I've already paid FPL $527 and they haven't refunded me anything. I removed my account from auto pay and I won't pay anymore until the company itself calls me to court, so let's go in front of the judge because today I just want them to remove these panels from my roof, they don't work properly and I believe it would be cheaper for me not to have the panels and have my energy only with FPL again. Please can you send me a private message, I'll prove everything I'm saying. And another piece of equipment arrived at my house and they don't have a technician to install it, what professionals are these 0 star companies?
