Fraud Company, Telling lies to trap customers

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Freedom Forever, a solar company. A sales representative from Solar Pros, working on behalf of Freedom Forever, visited my home and explained how installing solar panels could save me thousands of dollars on my utility bills. Given the magnitude of the decision, I was hesitant to sign up immediately. The representative then mentioned a promotional offer that included a Google Home package from Safe Street if I signed up that day. When I inquired about potential costs if the project or contract did not proceed as planned and I decided to cancel, he assured me that the system was free and there would be no charges. However, Freedom Forever has been taking an excessive amount of time to process the project, and I have come across numerous negative reviews about their services. Consequently, I no longer wish to proceed with them. Upon attempting to cancel the contract, I have been subjected to harassment from the company, including threats to send the matter to collections, If I DO NOT Pay them $1200 which could damage my credit score, and to take legal action against me. Freedom Forever Lied to set me up for Contract, Please take action against this propaganda to fix Customers.
