Review for Sunnova

Never use Sunnova, go with anyone else. This is coming from a disabled vet that bought out a solar lease from a previous owner and shouldn't even be dealing with them. I bought my home over a year ago, buying out the solar lease in the process. Sunnova collected my money, but never transferred the system. I emailed all required documents and called Sunnova following closing and never heard back after the final email was sent with all documents. I started producing power, so I assumed they transferred the system to my name. I'm now trying to refinance to a lower mortgage rate and found out Sunnova never transferred ownership and still has a lien for the previous owner, even though they were paid out. This is stopping my loan. I called and Sunnova said "looks like it never got transferred, but we still have all the documents." They also couldn't give me a timeline on how long this will take to transfer ownership and remove the UCC/lien. Update: I've contacted Sunnova a handful of times now and the transfer STILL hasn't been completed. Each person at Sunnova I talk to starts the process over again. This is literally the biggest headache I've ever had with any company, which is crazy because I OWN the solar panels.
