TERRIBLE Customer Service Response Time

If it is working, it's good. However, my unit lost internet connection, and I've been working for MANY months to try and get it connected again without receiving money back for the power the solar is providing. This started first with them trying to guide me through fixing it myself. Combined, this took at least 6 hours of my time over multiple attempts via chat and phone--didn't work. I then struggled to get them to agree to repair the system and they finally put me in touch with a service tech that does not work for Enphase (he was great). The tech was unable to repair and so responsibility shifted back to Enphase. I was quoted that this would take a couple days and it has been nearly a month again. All in all, I have been trying to get my unit fixed since March. IT IS NOW NEARLY NOVEMBER without progress updates!! Needless to say, I'm pretty over it.
