They just left me with a heap of problems. Starting with unsafe electrical work. I had a master electrician inspect the work after I had concerns about the quality. He confirmed my fears that it js unsafe. One bank of solar panels are loose on my roof, and the whole room rattles when the wind blows. The agreed-upon conduit route was not followed, and instead they went around two buildings and had to install two ugly concrete boxes to do so. These boxes protrude out of the middle of my garden by 2 inches. This is not just unsightly, but it is a huge tripping hazard. The system under performs by around 30%. Whenever I try to get help, all I’m told is that they’ve passed my concerns to the operations team. No one wants to help. This install was over two weeks ago, and they just left me to pick up the pieces. Go team jetstars. Don’t walk away, run away. Run as fast as you can.
