Semper Solaris put in Tesla batteries for me several years ago and put in a device that communicated with the batteries. That device has failed. I have had them out a couple of times trying to fix it. If it doesnt work, the batteries dont work. But now they are saying it is not part of the warranty and want 500 dollars to try and get this device functioning so the batteries can work properly. And that fee doesnt cover any additional work other than getting the nerio device to connect which technicians were already unable to do. It started having a problem when a new router was put in - people have to replace routers and internet service all the time. I am a very unhappy customer ‘
