Stay away is correct! It took them months to transfer the contract when I sold my home. They called me nearly every day saying something different - asking for documents they had failed to review in emails. Additionally, daily phone calls saying they received a pay off only to learn they had applied someone else's payoff to my system incorrectly. Then they started calling me saying I owed them a balance. When I finally paid it via a credit card, they had also withdrawn it from my bank account. Then, when I called, they refused to refund it saying the two payments were from me and the new owner, not two from me. They refused to let me talk with someone who could figure out that the two accounts were both from me. I don't understand how they were even able to withdraw the amount from my bank account when my account has been closed.
