I am extremely dissatisfied and exhausted from dealing with this project. We signed the contract in early January 2024. It is now 10/29/2024 and we have had nothing but issues to deal with and the installation is not completed. For the last few months our house is a complete disaster with roof tile laying around our back yard waiting for them to finish the project. When we try calling our sales rep, Chase Blakley, there's no response or weeks later a quick note saying they are waiting for something. When I tried calling customer service number they said he was not working for Freedom Forever anymore!! Then I was referred to a VP named Otto. He keeps saying he was going to send me some options for us to finish the project but we are still waiting to hear back after a week. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE YOU WILL SUSTAIN.
