Absolutely unacceptable! We purchased a battery solution on September 27th, eagerly anticipating its installation. Our initial interactions with our sales rep Kay were impressive—he was thorough and responsive. However, after a promising pre-installation check on October 7th, communication broke down completely. Despite multiple emails to our Solar Project Coordinator, Irene, we were met with deafening silence. After nearly a month of no updates, I was forced to contact Kay directly on November 6th, demanding answers. Shockingly, we were then informed by Irene that the battery we had contracted for was incompatible with our system. To add insult to injury, Kay’s solution was to upsell us a more expensive, less efficient model, with no attempt to rectify their error or offer compensation. This level of service is reprehensible. Being left in the dark for an entire month only to be told to pay more or cancel altogether is not just disappointing—it's downright disgraceful.
