I've been very happy with my service so far. Their customer service was very responsive and their rates are decent. I'm all for alternative renewable energy. I know there is a lot of negativity with sunnova, but if you knew how depleted the power grid is in Texas it's definitely a more sustainable source of energy to power all my needs
