Should have done a little research before I signed any paperwork was promised a rebate, tax write off, and great customer service. I'm sure I'll get the tax write off but everything else nonexistent. After contract signing Could not get ahold of my customer service rep (complete solar pros) he never answers Phone calls, Text messages, or emails. I was told I would get paperwork to file for a rebate never received it. Have tried a number of times to reach out to my project specialist at Freedom forever. I don't think she exists. Started this in July now its November and system still not up and running.
