I have a microinverter that failed. Enphase quickly shipped me a new one. I called and emailed Solar Bear requesting a service technician to install the new inverter but haven’t received a call, or email response. Their receptionist tells me someone will call me back but nobody calls. The system was installed 3 years ago and has a 5 year warranty. The installation was well done and system (63 panels) works great. Too bad they don’t give service.
