Solar panel waiting to be reinstalled after roof damages

We bought solar panels from Meraki at the beginning of 2023. The process took a few month and a few more month to begin saving some energy. My solar panels had to be removed in June 2024 (after waiting for Meraki for at least 2 months) because my roof had a leak and it needed to be replaced. Roof job was finished in July 2024 and since then I have been waiting for either Meraki or Freedom Forever (a company that merged with Meraki to supposedly improve services). I am now in worse shape than before I stalling these solar panels I am now paying for my electric bill AND the loan for the pa ELA that allowed me to see 3 or 4 months of savings. I wonder if there’s anything that can be done about this. I am tired of calling Freedom Forever who claimed back in July that they were looking for my account info. They gave me a ticket number on August 23 and told me wait time was 30 to 60 days. TIL this day I have not heard from anyone. My panels are sitting on my backyard and my electric bill keeps going up. I need HELP! If anyone has any suggestion please send me an email at guilbee67@yahoo.com.
