I just had the worst experience with this company. Not only there were issues with the solar panel installation (which they actually fixed so that was good) but I called to schedule a maintenance service. I was told that the maintenance service, for someone to come out and check on my panels is $500!!! That is crazy!!! My panels are working but I just wanted to make sure that they are not loose after the strong winds - that’s is all! I would understand that maybe like $150-$200 because someone needs to come out (before fixing anything) but $500!! Who has that kind of money!! The lady in customer service (Ashley) gave me an attitude that I requested a call back after she sent me the email stating the cost. I wanted to speak to a manager to understand why anyone would charge $500 for a maintenance call. Like how would I ever recommend this company to anyone? How???
