Better presentation than delivery

I was hesitant on getting solar due to cost outweighing the benefits. My salesman did a great job of “selling” me the system. The actual experience from install to startup did not go the way I was told. The day they came out to install the inspector showed up before the workers did. The electrician wanted to run conduit all over the place (one issue that I stated at the sales pitch). Thankfully I have past experience and helped figure out a clean run. From that point on communication was little to none. From install to startup I was told 2 months, it actually took 6 months. The delay from Met-Ed is not their fault. The monthly credit I was told I would get never happened. My system has been up and running and I have yet to be able to access the system through the app due to a technical issue. Getting a response now is next to impossible, I’m assuming that since the system has already been sold.
