I bought the house in May. The panels are all paid off. THey charged me a transfer fee to transfer the service plan to my name. Everything is working. WHen I looked at the app, I notices 1 our of the 32 panels is not working. I call and they did send someone to repair it. He did some things and said it would need a day to cycle through and be recognize. It did not. I called back to schedule a call back. They scheduled it in July, then cancelled. Then rescheduled and did not show up two other times (taking time off work to wait for them). Now, I call, email, text and use their web submittal and do not any reply back. When I call the phone is either unanswered, or sends me to a call waiting queue and disconnects me. I wanted to get a quote to add batteries and a transfer switch, but with no call back, they won't get that business from me anytime soon. I really hate leaving 1 star reviews, but they really have dropped the ball on my account.
