NO SUPPORT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Wow, I am so disappointed with the lack of service and support that SunPro Solar had. I bought my panels in 2020 and then ADT Solar took over Sunpro, I never got an email or letter stating this. Now they are out of business and trying to get someone to look at my panels (5) out of 42 that are not working is a joke. I have called the support line and even called the sale person (Dennis Valentin) to help me. I was hoping he could tell me where or who to go to since this is a warranty issue. Dennis said via a phone conversation that he would help me than he decided without informing me, that he would not help. He just won't answer his phone or texts that I have sent. He is no better than ADT. I love my solar panels. They have really cut down on the electric bill but without support, it seems no one knows who to contact when there is a problem.
