Responsive and Efficient Supplier

I purchased a relatively small, 14-panel 5.74KW system, from IntegrateSun in July after comparing several bids. Their bid was significantly lower than the two other bids. Although it took a couple months longer than originally estimated to get the system operational, the project manager Jay Demir kept me well informed throughout the four-month process, both through phone calls and email. He was particularly responsive in providing some of the arcane information items required to apply for state solar energy grants and registration with an exchange to sell solar production credits. IntegrateSun is Houston based and relatively new to Maryland but that didn’t impede the installation of the system, and I would use them again. Most impressive was the efficiency of the local installation crew who installed the system in less than a day. Electrical work was a schedule hang-up as a misunderstanding between the electrician and the local inspector over grounding methods required scheduling several reinspections. I needed to research solar incentives and trading of production credits on my own as those items are both state and in some cases county specific and IntegrateSun doesn’t seem to yet be fully informed about recent Maryland changes in those areas. The system has been in operation for almost two months and is meeting expectations. As an electrical engineer I especially appreciate the system monitor app provided by the conversion and monitoring supplier Enphase
