Solar Installation

After watching the news and all the horror stories about inept or fraudulent solar companies, we did a lot of research on which company would be best for us. We eventually narrowed it down to three companies, and set appointments with each. All three looked good, but then we checked out a few installations done by each company, and this narrowed it down to two. I'm sure either would have been fine, but we liked what Robco offered slightly better. We couldn't be happier. Our project manager, Steven, was on top of everything throughout the entire project, and it went as painlessly as could possibly be expected. When everything was all completed, their QC manager, Juan, who was doing one last check, noticed that one of the panels was slightly shaded by a nearby vent in the late afternoon. They brought this to our attention and asked if they could come back and move the panel to better location - all at no charge. In addition, what impressed us even more was their attention to detail. All the conduit was routed through the attic instead across the roof like our neighbors; what conduit does show was painted to match the color of the house; nice, aesthetically pleasing pigeon guards were installed instead of the unsightly chicken wire used by other companies; and when the job was completed, another crew came out to clean the panels and remove any debris left on the roof. I'm more than happy to give them our highest recommendation!
