A great salesman came to my home telling me that we could save money on our energy bill. We live in California and paid $4155 in energy bills for the year of 2023. The system was installed over a year and six months ago, however, they kept saying it couldn’t be turned on. When I finally told them to come get their panels off of my roof, somehow miraculously it was able to be turned on. On the app it will tell you that it’s producing, but it won’t show you the consumption. I thought this was some kind of an error so I called customer service. It turns out there is no consumption meter installed and they want to charge me to install one. Solar isn’t worth it. All of these companies are scammers.
