Solar company incompetency

I started the process of getting solar in April of this year. We didn’t end up getting permits until October and installed on October 16th. Well after instal we went out to look at the work and found that there were screws all the way down our awning. We raised attention to this immediately we were then ignored for weeks until I brought it up when they came back out because the didn’t finish wiring it to our main panel and were supposed to put in a new sub panel (this was due to their own design issue they were going to try and charge us for and we had to fight) well someone randomly showed up and was able to wire it to our main panel as originally planned. None of this was communicated to us nor to one another within the company because during the next week 2 other people showed up to “work” on the sub panel but didn’t bring the required equipment. Well pge showed up to connect it to our meter to tell us they STILL didn’t finish the install and they couldn’t connect it until their part was done. That was on November 15th. Since then we have had the city come out for inspection twice and we have failed inspection because they installed the back up battery under a very small window under the bathroom and the company keeps saying that it is fine because it’s a none escapable window but the county is not having it and now wants them to move the battery. With this all being said the whole system has now been installed incorrectly and I am worried about them moving the battery because they cut into my drywall in the house and have not fixed that, they have not fixed the first issue of the panels being in the wrong spot and now they want to move the battery and probably will not fix all those holes causing so much damage to my house. Every-time I reach out to someone I just get told we are working on it and there is nothing more that they can do for me. My sales rep has ghosted me pretty much since installation has happened my project manager just says the same thing being he will reach out the his branch manager and they are working on it. I want this headache gone and removed off of my house. This company is literally incompetent.
