I was very happy to accept a new source of energy. SUNNOVA WAS CHOSEN THIS YEAR 2024. At the onset of installation, the roofers destroyed by landscaping by using old tarp and ladders breaking branches and injuring/killing mature bushes. In addition, falling roofing added to the damage and there was more roofing debris left than what a professional should leave for cleanup as it caused further harm. Damaged my gutters as well. Roofers and tree cutters were hired by installing company- SunnyMac who agreed to replace gutters and to provide nursery care to the landscaping. Tree cutting was needed and added to property damage by creating holes in my driveway. They did not keep there promise to repair after I was told to submit estimates. When I called Sunnova and I was told SunnyMac the installer company is the contractor and I have to deal with them and they are not honoring there agreement to repair damages .To date I am ignored. On another day, Sunnova installer/worker drilled a hole thru my window seal and window. This repair cost $4K to replace window and Sunnova was fully reimbursed to me. I wanted to terminate everything but I was locked and SunnyMac knew this and provided unprofessional service and false promises until they just started ignoring me all together. SunnyMac even had the nerve to tell me they made no money off my property and wont be spending anything.I purposely omitted names as I try not to be that retaliation guy. But it sucks as I have to spend more money as the entrance to my home looks very disheveled now. I'm now dealing with the inability to access my account online after numerous attempts with help desk troubleshooting ,paying bill as guest pay.. Can't view usage and what I'm paying for. This has gone on for weeks now and today I received termination of service due to bill payment and I can't get online to make a payment or receive fill access..Smh on this whole project.
