Have been waiting for Sunnova to complete install. Seem that the Enphase equipment - that works well - is not approved by Sunnova - who's equipment does not seem to work at all! Installers had system running perfectly and the the engineers decided to change things and I have been without battery back up since Oct. Have requested update, chat and text messages and have gotten nowhere. will keep requesting until resolved. this is not a complaint about the equipment per se, but rather design and Govt Codes that have the system failing.
