Sunrun Review

Well well initially, I was very hesitant after listening to the neighbor's experience. However, the Sales Representative (Michael W.) trying his sales technique shared other peoples experiences and convinced us that the benefits outweighed concerns. First and foremost he did informed us that the SOLAR system was not free and that we had to pay something regardless. However he showed us exactly how the process works at consultation. We as a family then decided to partake in the adventure since the benefit will be the solar system will help us pay for the energy we consumed in the long run. He was pertinent enough to answer ALL our questions and sought to it that he kept us abreast of ALL our major concerns. From consultation to sight survey, design review then permits passing and to today's installation. We are waiting for inspection and then power on mode after this. With Michael's persistence, we were able to get trees cut down and roof replacement with repair. He made sure to connect with the parties involved and kept us informed and I always have questions in between which he answered and get back to us on a timely manner. His level of sales representative expertise is awesome and he saw that our immediate concerns were always addressed.
