Horrific Company - Nightmare!

Nightmare company. Ground-mount gone so wrong. ESP is impossible to get anyone to answer a phone, return a call - quite frankly do any sort customer service. In 12 months, which is how long we've been dealing with this company and our solar installation has not even begun, we have had 3 different project liaisons, all completely ineffective. We hear the same answer when someone decides to address a text, calls are completely ignored - "I'll pass this on to the team ". Finally, we involved our salesman who gets the same run-around we do. ESP was surprised we have over $40,000 in 40 solar panels and installation materials sitting in our backyard, still on pallets. Someone had to have paid for this equipment - no one even knows about it! From what we've been told, EverBright pulled the funding (breach of contract??). ESP was notified, and never contacted us, or the installation company who they sent out - Solar Doctors LLC. Solar Doctors came out to begin installation, which was scheduled for 4 days. Broken and inadequate equipment, we now have over 18 holes on our yard measuring up to 3 feet wide and over 4 feet deep. A Butte County Inspector came out and told them, "I'll give you one more chance." They trenched a ditch approximately 100 feet long, 12+ inches wide, and 3 feet deep which runs across our driveway, and across where we enter our house. Installation at a stand-still, the trench was covered with a piece of 1/8 inch ply wood as a bridge so we could get to our house door. This setup has been abandoned. The rain has come, the ply wood has been soaked, and extremely slippery. This is now a HUGE Safety Issue. My husband and I are 78 and 66 years old!! ESP has not contacted us in any way. Not taking calls or answering texts - completely non-communicative. Nothing is happening, and we have this huge trench, an EXTREME SAFETY HAZARD! A slippery little board we must cross to get in and out of our home. We are astounded ESP doesn't see or care about their Legal Liability for Personal Injury!!! This entire solar debacle, involving 4 different companies, has become a senior couples incredible nightmare! STAY AWAY from ALL! We have decided to seek Legal Counsel. We have been left NO other choice.
