STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They were absolutely incredible during the sales portion of the process, and it has been a nightmare since. We got our solar panels and power walls installed and the installers would have just walked away from the project without giving me any idea of what to expect unless I would have asked as they were walking out. I was then told it would take approximately 2-6 weeks from install to have everything fully functional. I am moving onto TEN MONTHS since installation without a fully functioning system. I initially thought it was PG&E causing the delay, but one person who I worked with at PG&E told me that there would be 2-4 weeks before Semper Solaris would answer PG&E asking for some more information. Additionally, PG&E told me they would ask multiple times for certain information (literally they needed a yes or no answer), and they never received the answer. I am paying for my solar and solar panels without them being fully functional. STAY AWAY from this company
