The salesperson visited in June 2024, and the solar panels were installed on October 18. It’s now December 30, and the connection still hasn’t been turned on. Every time I call (and i have reached out to the representative number of times), I’m told there’s an issue, but no clear estimate is provided. To make things worse, the bill for the first month has already been generated, even though the connection isn’t active. This process has taken far too long, and I’m deeply disappointed with the delays and poor communication.
