So they had very little communication when I finally did get ahold of somebody and got a date to install, it was Nine months later. Then you know, common sense would say, if I drilled a hole in the wrong place, I would fix it and move on.No, they left that s*** open.So the first time it rained, I had a leak. Then, while they were installing, they broke one and then it took another. I don't know six months or so before they finally got the new one installed. They also were running a special where you got a like an incentive check for 2022, the year i signed to buy them and here it is 2024, and I still don't have the d*** check. And after all that when I tried to cancel them prior to the installation, they literally would not let me.
