WORST COMPANY EVER. DON’T GET TRAPPED IN THAT BS 25 years loan.

Sunnova wrote real estate on my credit instead solar panel or home improvement when I call them to fix it the customer service representative keeps saying they are going send it to the team to do for like 6 months, when I got pissed try to talk to like 3 different supervisors which promised to call back but never do. One time a rep tried to sell me a contract release which neither him nor his supervisor has a clue of what it is and what it does. But they want you to pay for it. The staff is ignorant, untrained. They are programmed to sell to you, rip you off, not to help you. After the solar panel installation my bill skyrocketed when I call them, they avoid it saying to call PSEG. I am so mad I am trapped with the worst company ever for 25 years of debt. Please DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE. ZERO SERVICE. 100% RIP OFF.
